Attended The Kentucky Commodity Conference – 1/15/2016
Armistead Farms was the district 2 winner in the soybean contest with a yield of 68.92 b.p.a. The variety was Asgrow AG4835. These soybeans were planted on June 24, 2015 after wheat harvest and irrigated as needed. The winning yield was 75.62 b.p.a. I was nominated and voted in as a new board member of the KY. Corn Growers Assn. during their meeting at the KY.C.C.
